Performance and feature :
MW-RL400 is a fully automatic unmanned operation "L" type sealing and cutting machine, which is widely used in the assembly line operation of mass production and packaging with high work efficiency, automatic film feeding and punching device, manual adjustment film guiding system and manual adjustment feeding material conveying platform. It's suitable for products of different widths and heights. MW-RL400 model also has a sealing function, which is specially designed for packaging small products. When the size of the material changes, the adjustment is very simple without changing the mold and bag maker.
  1. The sealing knife is made of DuPont Teflon coated anti-adhesion and high temperature resistant aluminum alloy knife .   T he sealing  part  will not crack, not cok e ,  not  smoke with zero pollution
  2. According to different products, it is equipped with imported detection photoelectric, each one set for horizontal and vertical detection, which is convenient for switching and selection. For thin and small material , it can also easily complete the sealing and packaging operation
  3. Automatic feeding, the length can also be automatically adjusted through the combination of electric eye and timer. Equipped with an induction motor to automatically take up waste
  4. Using the original "Omron" digital display temperature controller, built-in PID function .   T he temperature of the sealing knife is extremely sensitive and accurate, and can be set at will. There is no need to worry about the inaccurate temperature and damage to the product. The sealing knife itself has an automatic protection function, which can effectively prevent cut ting  packaging  by mistake.   It also  has an automatic alarm function, which greatly improves the safety of the operator.
  5. The whole set of machine truly realizes the unmanned operation connection with the production line .   T he specially designed film up and down synchronous mechanism corrects the film deviation
