Specjifications of wheat flour mill production line:

6FTP-150 type wheat flour milling equipment
1. Technology in cleaning part: Three screen, two scour, two destoner, two damper, and three magnetic separator.
2. Technology in milling part: Nine sets Double roller mill, three sets of FSFG6×24K High-efficiency six-section plansifter, one set FSFJ2*12*100 checker , two sets of Double purifier, consist of the milling technology of four break, six reduction, one scratch, one tail, two bran brusher and one checker.
3.Production capacity: 150 tons of wheat/24H.
4.Power supply: About 400kW.
5. Container: 40'×6
6. Workshop style and dimension: Triangle-framed workshop, with 36m long and10m wide, and 11m under the beam. 
7.Installation expenses: 1.        The installation is a charging service. The service includes installation guide, test running and training the local workers. The buyer should be responsible for the technicians' return air tickets and food and boarding, local transportation and medical insurance. In addition, the buyer should directly pay each technician 1500USD per month. This equipment needs Three technicians and the estimated installation/testing period is about 3 four months

The structure of the wheat flour mill production line:
1. The clean part of wheat flour mill production line:
Includes beating, screening, destoner, magnetic separator  and dampening. Different capacity machine line has different number of beat, screen

and stoner.
2. The flour milling part of wheat flour mill production line:
Include different number of mill and sifter to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran
(1) Mill: mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving
(2) Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to enssure flour quality.
3. Packing part of wheat flour mill production line.
The packing part can be manual one also can be auto one, this can be designed according to requirement and machine capacity.
