Product Description

The integrated vacuum debinding and sintering furnace is a fantastic industrial furnace for debinding and sintering of powder metallurgy ( PM )  and metal injection molding ( MIM ) products including stainless steel, hard alloy, superalloy, high density alloy, ceramic material, magnetic material and NdFeB, etc. This furnace offers continuous operation covering debinding, pre-sintering, sintering and fast cooling, which  avoids repeatable transport of products, reduces labor load, shortens production cycle, improve efficiency and save energy cost.
