Heat treatment system
Hot rolled plate and cold rolled plate are air-cooled at 1130-1170°C; Bar: 1160°C±10°C, air cooling.
Breed status
Cold-rolled sheet, hot-rolled sheet, bar, welding wire, etc. Hot rolled and cold-rolled plates are supplied after solution treatment, pickling, straightening and trimming; The supplied rods are not heat treated; The welding wire is supplied in cold-drawn, heat-treated and pickled or semi-hard condition.
Melting and casting process
The alloy is produced by non-vacuum induction furnace plus slag remelting or arc melting plus slag remelting.
Special Requirements
The alloy is mainly used as a high-temperature component of rocket engines. On the aero engine, parts such as the adjustable nozzle shell and the afterburner adjustment have been manufactured and put into production. Compared with similar nickel-based alloys, the microstructure stability of the alloy against high temperature oxidation is poor, and the plasticity decreases at room temperature after long-term use at 700 ~ 900 °C, and the formability becomes worse.
