TF10 TWO-FOR-ONE TWISTER
Feature:

Machine is special designed for large package. It can satisfy the twisting requirement for coarse yarn, which is including polyester yarn, DTY yarn, polyamide yarn, glass fiber, woolen yarn, cotton yarn, etc. Suitable winding weight is 3-10KG.

It can be equipped different spindle diameter or different configuration according to twisting requirement of different yarn count. Suitable processing yarn count should be lower than 5000D.

It can control guiding traverse accurately after using PLC and servo motor. Forming length of winding bobbin, winding angle can be adjusted according to customer's requirement.

The main processing parameters can be set in operation panel, e.g. spindle speed, twist, twist direction, winding angle, etc. And it can monitor the running condition of machine by data collect interface.
