The technology agreement is suitable for the X(S)N-110x30 dispersion kneader.
2. Working principle
The working principle of this machine is the same as general internal mixer:
The material passes through the two rotors which rotates in opposite directions at a certain speed ratio and between the walls of the mixing chamber under the thallium pressure of the upper top bolt in the sealed mixing chamber.
After kneading, such as shearing, squeezing, stirring, and rolling, it is plasticized or mixed into the required new materials.
