Feeding / Notching/Bending Characteristics:
Feeding : The feeding roller diameter 36mm and install encoder, ensure the feeding precision and speed.
Notching:1.  Aluminum cutting use 20mm Taiwan PDF guide rail ,the knife 75mm , guarantee the smooth cutting with fast rotating speed and small cutting angle.
2.  Cutting mode use motor lifting control ,more stable ,not easy damage material and noise small.
3. Use four-column design ensure the cutting stable and effect.
4 . The notching deepness adjust by a key ,more easy and convenient .Otherwise you also can increase the configuration change to software adjustment.
Bending: Use double cooper shaft flat arc bending device , small radian beat and large radian extrusion molding ,processing speed fast and don't damage the material ,every day can finish 80-100 square maters letter.
