Incoloy a-286 Incoloy 800/800h/800ht Nickel Alloy Seamless Pipe/Tube Incoloy a-286 Incoloy 800/800h/800ht Nickel Alloy Seamless Pipe/Tube Nickel base alloy   is a kind of alloy with high strength and certain anti-oxidation and corrosion ability at 650 ~ 1000 ºC. The alloy is a nickel chromium iron base solid solution strengthened alloy, which has good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hot working and welding properties, and has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700 ºC. The alloy can be strengthened by cold working, and can also be connected by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing. It is suitable for manufacturing anti-oxidation parts bearing low load below 1100 ºC. corrosion and high thermal resistance. It is widely used in oil & gas, machinery, wood cutting, automotive, paper and food processing industry etc.

1. Hastelloy : hastelloy is nickel-molybdenum corrosion-resistant superalloy , which is used for a wide range of chemical processing, pollution control and waste treatment applications.These nickel alloys have a low carbon content that helps maintain the material's resistance to corrosion in heat-affected zones of welded joints.Hastelloy nickel alloys are fully resistant to a vast array of chemicals, including highly acidic hydrochloric and sulfuric acids. Hastelloy is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy, which is mainly divided into two categories: nickel-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. 

2. Monel :Monel is a series of nickel alloys, primarily composed of nickel (up to 67%) and copper, with some iron and other trace elements. Monel 400 is an extremely combination property that use for largest amount and most widely corrosion resistance alloy. This alloy in the fluoride gas medium with excellent corrosion resistance, as well as to the hot concentrated alkali. At the same time, is also corrosion resistant to neutral solution, sea water, air, organic compounds. An important feature of this is generally do not generate a stress corrosion cracking, good cutting performance.

3. Inconel :  Inconel is a heat and corrosion resistant nickel-chromite alloy, nickel-based alloy,it's  commonly used grades have Inconel625 Inconel600, Inconel601, inconel718, inconelx750, etc. the alloy is a solid solution strengthened nickel base deformation superalloy with molybdenum niobium as the main strengthening element. It has excellent corrosion resistance and high oxidation performance. From low temperature to 980ºC, it has good tensile properties and fatigue properties, and stress corrosion resistance under salt spray atmosphere. Therefore, it can be widely used in the manufacture of aircraft engine parts, aerospace structural parts and chemical equipment.

4. Incoloy : incoloy is a kind of nickel chromium iron alloy, which is a solid solution high-strength austenitic nickel iron chromium alloy.
